Positive: הדירה ממוקמת בביניין חדש יוקרתי ונקי יחסית במקום מרכזי, כמה דקות הליכה ממרכז קניות ואוכל וקרוב לשוק אוכל. הדירה עצמה הייתה נקייה מאוד ומסודרת משופצת עם חדש שינה וסלון, ומקלחת. המטבח היה מצויד והיה ברז מים נקיים. המזגנים היו מעולים והמים במקלחת גם כן. Negative: המיטת ספה לא הכי נוחה. ישנו בה 2 מבוגרים והיה בה שיפוע ומרגישים את הברזלים בגב.

Séjour en transit agréable Positive: Le logement est très propre, bien équipé, le wifi très fonctionnel et la piscine très agréable. Bonne communication avec l’hôte. Negative: Le canapé-lit n’est pas du tout confortable, c’est important de le savoir. On entend beaucoup les bruits de la rue.

All in all it was convenient and a good experience. I could stay there again. Positive: The property is quite convenient and clean. The property manager is also very responsive to concerns or questions. Negative: There were no available hand soaps, bodywash and shampoo at the site that I have to buy it on my own. Some guards at the building don’t know how to open the safe to get the key of the unit.

Positive: The room is fantastic and perfectly located for exploring Cebu. Everything is well-maintained and very clean. We had a few special requests and our messages were answered and taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Negative: The only thing we didn't like was that using the pool costs extra (I think 100 pesos per person). However, this is a management policy, so the host can't do anything about it.
