All in all it was convenient and a good experience. I could stay there again. Positive: The property is quite convenient and clean. The property manager is also very responsive to concerns or questions. Negative: There were no available hand soaps, bodywash and shampoo at the site that I have to buy it on my own. Some guards at the building don’t know how to open the safe to get the key of the unit.

Positive: The room is fantastic and perfectly located for exploring Cebu. Everything is well-maintained and very clean. We had a few special requests and our messages were answered and taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Negative: The only thing we didn't like was that using the pool costs extra (I think 100 pesos per person). However, this is a management policy, so the host can't do anything about it.

Skuffende service. Ingen af vores diskrete og konstruktive forslag/tiltag blev mødt. Vi prøvede blot at gøre det beh Positive: Lejligheden var egentlig ok. Negative: Vi kom med 3 børn fra to flyrejser i transit. Disse var forsinkede, så vi var selvsagt trætte. Da vi ankom til bygningen kl 11, kunne vi ikke tjekke ind før kl. 15. Det var i og for sig ok, da det stod i beskrivelsen. Vi spurgte om vi kunne efterlade bagage eller blot bade i de to kæmpestore pools, men blev afvist. Derfor sad vi i 4 timer og ventede på at klokken blev 15.😱 trætte og flade erfarede vi, at vi så skulle betale for at være i poolene, hvilket de burde have fortalt fra start, da vi nu atter brugte tid på det. Poolene stod i næsten alle 4 timer ubrugte.

Parfait ! Positive: Très bien décoré, pratique, tout à disposition ! Les propriétaires nous ont permis un remboursement suite à l’arrivée du typhon (et nos changements de plan). Je recommande à 100% sur Cebu!
