Positive: The modern style of the room. The staff are kind.
Negative: I know it is just a studio but I did not expect it to be that small room. Not recommended for family of four and with luggages. The room space is very small. I also notice that our beddings and curtain through the balcony are quite dusty which triggered my allergic rhinitis. Very limited toiletries provided, no shampoo. The check-in process was kinda hassle too. It would test your patience.
